General Advice

Please keep in mind that topic coverage has varied from year to year, because the midterm has not always been in the sixth week of the term, as it will be in 2008. For example, the 2006 midterm was in the eighth week of term, so it covered more topics than the 2008 midterm will. Also, topic order has changed a little starting in Winter 2005 due to the switch to the 3rd edition of the textbook.
